About This Site

I began compiling recipes for a cookbook several years ago while I was in college, but for several reasons I put the cookbook project on hold.  After a request for a favorite family recipe (my aunt Karen's Swiss Scalloped Corn), I decided to post the recipes online and started this website.

Since this has been a collaboration from the beginning, I welcome any favorite recipes and/or cooking tops you may have.  Please email me with your recipe and/or cooking tip.  Be sure to include your name so I can give you credit.
